The City Council met briefly to amend its ordinance allowing the city to apply for State Revolving Funds. Kim Blanchard, of Barnes and Thornburg, informed the Council the state government had made minor and non-financial changes to the SRF bonds and the ordinance, 2006-26 which allows for a bond of $19 million for sewer lines to Honda, needed to be amended to reflect those changes. The Council moved to pass all three readings of the changed ordinance, 2007-07.
