Hog Roast and Antique Tractor Pull
Date: Sunday, September 5, 2010
Hours:  Hog Roast and Tractor Pull both start at 11:00 a.m. 
The Farm Stock Appearing Tractor pull is at 6:00 p.m.
Location:  Burney


Hog Roast and antique tractor pull along with a Farm Stock Appearing tractor pull will take place in Burney Sunday, September 5th. Hog Roast starts at 11 AM at the Burney Fire Station. The antique tractor pullis at 11 AM. The Farm Stock Appearing Tractor pull is at 6 PM. In addition, there will be some yard sales throughout Burney.

Ultimate Thrill Day (Skydive Greensburg)
Date: September 11

It begins at 9 am at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Skydive Greensburg will jump in the colors. Participants will get the chance to drive a car on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for five laps at up to 180 miles an hour beginning at 9 am. Then they will get the chance to ride in a two-seater Indy Car (Domino's Pizza) that will go three laps at up to 230 mph. Decatur County College Fair

Location: High school gymnasium

Greensburg Community High School is hosting the Decatur County College Fair on Wednesday, September 15th from 5 to 7pm in the high school gymnasium. All interested students and parents are welcome to attend. Representatives from over 45 post-secondary schools, military branches and additional educational support services will be on hand. Its never too early to plan for the future!

Tri Kappa Fall Festival 5k
Date: September 18
Hours: Registration: 7:00 am to 7:45 am. Begins at 8:00a.m
Location: Greensburg High School.

Come join us! The Race will begin promptly at 8:00 am. Awards will be given for various age groups. All proceeds earned by this race will be used for student scholarships, charity and community projects by Tri-Kappa. Also, new this year our race is now officially part of the 2010 Indiana Timing Race Series. Anyone that has been competing in this race series can participate in our race and have it counted towards their goal.

Triada

This acoustic guitar trio from Bulgaria performs an innovative repertoire of traditional classics, modern favorites and vibrant ethnic music to engage and delight any audience. Reception at 5:30- appetizers and drinks served. Concert starts at 7:00 pm.
