Free physical exams, treatment for minor illnesses and chronic diseases (high blood pressure, diabetes, emphysema, etc.)

Who Qualifies?

Low-income Decatur County residents (of any age) with no insurance or under-insured.

When:

Tuesday (children only) mornings and afternoon appointments Thursdays 5:00 to 7:00 pm (all ages)

Staffed by:

Doctors, nurse practitioners and registered nurses

Where:

119 East Main Street (upstairs)

By appointment only:

663-7707

(other services include:  dental clinics for children, immunizations, pregnancy tests and pregnancy assistance)

Funded by:

United Fund, County Commissioners, private donations and Medicaid reimbursements.
